this book was fab.. i was able to savew alot of time and money by using many of the useful hints.. i would recommend it for any dad going through a nasty or problematic divorce

I got divorced about 7 years ago, have two daughters from my first marriage (who don't live with me), have since remarried and now have a young son as well. I've been through a lot of what gets talked about and it's good advice. I'm having some problems with my ex-wife (and my daughters) again now and so it was good to refresh myself with this book. It was also good for giving me info about how second families stand in terms of the financials etc.
Well worth reading.

I gave this as a gift to a male friend with young children going through an unpleasant divorce. Every time I speak to him he raves about the book and tells me how invcredibly helpful it is. Men aren't always the best people at asking for help and talking through their problems. This book was clearly written by someone with first hand experience who really understands how men are left feeling. Practical and honest. Women would learn a lot be reading it too.
