5.0 out of 5 stars A Must!, 29 July 2003

This book is exactly what it says it is, a practical guide. It is an easy to read guide that deals with many issues from making the case for diversity, designing training and dealing with the challenges and issues in the area of diversity, and many more - an essential tool for a trainers kitbag. Every trainer should have one.

This book is a great start. Easy to read and understand, but if you really want to transform the lives of others you need a book with more umph!

3.0 out of 5 stars Good for collecting new ideas!, 28 Oct 2009
By arabia-interculture.com "arabia-interculture.com" - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: The Diversity Training Handbook: A Practical Guide to Understanding and Changing Attitudes (Paperback)
this book is easy to read and to collect some new ideas. A good approach for some people, who want to know many things about diversity, but as a training handbook, I would say No. The word "training handbook" has only a marketing effect!
