I found "Distinctives" to be a useful book with regards to demonstrating how Christians should differentiate themselves from non-believers in today's world in terms of how to live,think, act and speak. The author explores a wide range of topics and provides good advice as to how Christians should deal with issues like materialism,individualism ,sex and relativism and how they should find contentment in a world whose values are increasingly against those of Christianity,without compromising their principles. "Distinctives" may be easy to read but it is also thought provoking and the author makes makes it quite clear that an authentic Christian lifestyle is a difficult one to pursue in the 21st Century.
