This portable DVD player came promptly, and was given as a Xmas present, on opening the device looks lovely, and the swivel screen was great, we then looked for the charger which was a European charger, which I might be wrong but don't at all recall it mentioning that you would have to have a English plug adaptor, but fair enough we sorted that a couple of days later, by this time my daughter couldn't wait any longer to use her new little tele, so to our surprise when the device was switched on the top half of the screen had White and green lines running straight across covering half way down the screen, we did all the checks, the DVD was new out the case so it wasn't that we unplugged & tried again but same again, my daughter was very upset as was I, as this was special gift and it's such a shame to recieve it damaged, which I also found so hard to believe because when she opened it, I thought how well packaged it was, so I really felt dissapointed that she had to recieve it Like this. I'm waiting on a reply to my complaint of received damage goods.
