I fell in love with Dug when he was introduced to us in the film 'Up'. Understanding where he was coming from after living with two Golden Retreivers, this toy is the nearest I'll get to having them talk. It's great fun for all big kids :o)

Our little one is transfixed with Up the movie and as the 'good doggy' Dug is without doubt one of his favourite character from the film. Took a while to locate him as the Up characters have always been a little scarce. I can attest that this really is a delightful little item, excellent quality, and with the original voice over is very convincing for little ones. Many have observed the lack of the exclaimed 'squirrel' however this does not detract one bit from the pleasure of this little plushy. It is as I say delightful and is guaranteed to bring pleasure to any child, of any age!
The only thing that could possibly enhance this would be that the collar did indeed light up,imagine that!! That's me just being greedy I suppose. I believe that some copies were produced in America which did feature this but that they were pulled either for they were not up to standard or perhaps as other suggest because they breached copyrights.
Summary. If at all an 'Up' fan buy it as they wont be around for much longer.
Ps the retailer GiftIdeas and Amazon provided excellent service and delivered within 2 working days even on a standard delivery option!
