Having worked at Pebble Mill for 30 yrs, some of that time with Maggie Thomas, I loved the book. It brought back so many memories of the fun we had. Like Maggie, one of the sadest things I've every seen was that empty space along Pebble Mill Road. Good on you Maggie.

As a huge fan of the late great Noele Gordon (who of course became more famous as Meg Mortimer in Crossroads) I was interested to read that Maggie had to say about Noele, the programme which Noele was the hostess of : Lunchbox and of course the memories of ATV itself. I wasn't disappointed. Very entertaining book all round of all her memories including the BBC.
