Five Stars - Look out Star Wars a new epic space saga has landed. "This was amazing, epic space battles, space colonization, the discovery of new alien cultures, desperate missions behind enemy lines.. it was a heart jarring, mind blowing joy ride through the cosmos that I could not put down.” Paul Cooke, Amazon Reviewer

A Welcome journey into space adventure Sci Fi readers enjoy. "I would consider myself an avid sci if fan, read most of Asimov, Arthur C Clark, etc I was looking for a straight forward sci fi story and found this by chance, thought I would give it a go. Very glad I did. Great story, great characters and flavoured with the futuristic spice we sci if readers love..” John Ellerington, Amazon Reviewer

Discovery of the Saiph summary... The TDF Marco Polo embarks on its maiden voyage outside Earth’s Solar System leading to the discovery of an extinct civilisation destroyed by orbital bombardment. Deep underground is a mysterious library of alien secrets. The Terran Republic unravels the clues, forcing its politicians, scientists, navy and marines to engage in an epic journey of space exploration, space battles and combat behind enemy lines. They must rally their forces to defend the Earth as they discover ‘The Others’ are coming..

An excellent story of discovery."As a fan of Jack McDevitt's archaeology based SF novels, I couldn't pass this one up.” Thomas J. Davis Amazon Reviewer

Great Sci-Fi Novel. "Loved the story and the pacing... If you like sci-fi, you will enjoy this book.” Maury, Amazon Reviewer

Outstanding. "Intelligent, well written story beginning with the building of a faster than light engine and the discovery of an extinct civilization destroyed by orbital bombardment. The story then continues with exploration of the stars around the solar system where we find more alien civilizations. This book has everything from exploration to huge space battles in a terrific story. This is the book space opera fans will love” Michael Jones, Amazon Reviewer

5.0 out of 5 stars Stunning 15 Dec. 2014
By StevieB
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This is quite simply one of the best military science fiction novels I have read. From the lost ion drive drones always lost once 2/3 the speed of light was reached, or so they thought. The truth was a revelation allowing humans to move at will through the galaxy, the discovery of the Saiph homeworld and its secrets, shocking in many ways. I loved it and for a debut novel it is unrivalled in my opinion.

5.0 out of 5 stars a great first book 27 April 2014
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This book is a great start to what looks like a promising career as a SciFi novelist. The characters and story line draw you in easily and leave you wanting more. Wasn't really sure I would like this genre but the writing style appeals to novices as well as die hard SciFi fans. Looking forward to the next book by PP Corcoran

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant Space Opera 14 April 2014
By Simon
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This is the first book I have read by this author. Fast paced with a logical storyline although very coincidental so many races enter space within a similar time span – hey it fictions though. Brilliant space opera and well worth the 5 stars. Can't wait for the next book.
