Very pleased with this book, quickly delivered by Amazon.
After much research on travel books to Japan i finally plumped for this one. My decision was swung by the fact that this book is in full color, it was from the lonely planet range, and that it was full - 400 pages - of information, top travel tips and photographs neatly split into sections that covered the whole of Japan.
I haven't been disappointed, in-fact this book has only fueled my excitement of going even more.
Split into logical sections this book covers the whole of Japan. From Tokyo, to Mt Fuji, Nara, Osaka, Japan Alps, Hiroshima, Iya Valley and many more ..... you get the idea :-)
Each section is full of valuable information from hotels, restaurant, must sees and experiences. Nicely organised and easy to quickly source information.
Plenty of information and a great starting point and guide to any trip to Japan.
A nice compact size and light and easy to travel with. Recommended to anyone and everyone.

This compact guide to Japan is excellent for people travelling on limited time as it gives handy highlights for each of the main areas of Japan and also some suggested itineraries. The colours make everything so vivid and enticing that you'll get planning straight away.
