The story follows the first six episode arch of agents for the WWWA which is a sort of FBI type organization for the galaxy that has autonomous agents who go out and take care of various issues. For reasons that aren't fully explained, but mostly just so the characters can be goofballs, the two characters Kei and Yuri are 17 year old, bottom of the barrel agents with severe emotional problems who are essentially called upon to save the universe. If you have trouble with that plot just give up on watching any anime at all.
The plot is pretty good for the most part, with some lagging bits. I don't want to spoil anything so I'm not exactly free to specify what the slow bits are, but they involve one of the agents sort of going off to do her own thing. There are some sort of other oddities here and there which you have to suspend your disbelief on. There are great bits too. My favorite episode of the whole set involves an assassination attempt at a spaceport when the assassin turns out to be...I won't spoil it for you but it's highly amusing; you don't often see a potted plant used as a weapon.
For those of you who may care, there are very few upskirt panty shots (fan service) though there are a couple of Yuri spread out during all the episodes. Both are in skimpy outfits the whole time, but if you're only getting the set for that then skip it for something else like Project A-Ko, Colorful, or Najica and you'll be happier.
I picked this up for about ten bucks and I've watched it a couple times over the period of a few years. It's rather enjoyable as anime shows go, however there's no chance at all that I would pay nearly four times the price as it's currently listed.
