Everyone should take some of these sachets with them if holidaying in a really hot country. You can become dehydrated and lose essential minerals and salts by sweating. Even though you are drinking plenty of water it alone does not replace these and you need something like Dioralyte to do this. It can be taken by young children and even babies. A great product.

I ordered this on the 10th Feb as I am going on holiday on 1st March - it is now 25th February and it still has not arrived, despite saying dispatched. This is terrible service - contacted Amazon, mentioned I needed it for my holiday, and they sent a stock response saying that it was difficult to give a specific arrival date and to wait a little longer - Absolutely appalling service. Don't buy. Would give zero stars if I could
