My dinosaur-crazy 3 1/2-year-old nephew absolutely loved this. Apart from stickers the book contains brief information about the various dinosaurs, which would be better for older children - the information was a bit too advanced for my nephew - but playing with the stickers and admiring the fairly detailed images kept the attention of this otherwise pretty fidgety young man for what seemed like ages. Not sure about the 'reusable' aspect of these stickers though, I'd say they're just normal, 'once-off' stickers. Fun small present for a child any age that's into pre-historic beasts (perhaps ideal stocking-filler when that season comes around).

This book shows that stickers and animals are a winning combination for animal loving kids. It comprises several pages of blank dinosaur shapes to correspond with the actual dinosaur stickers which can be lifted off the page and placed in the appropriate shape. Plus there is some detail on the various types of dinosaurs so you learn facts too. It is a great way to engage with a toddler and keep them occupied (worked a charm as one of several activities on a 3+ hour train ride). If the child is a little young, they will need adult help lifting the stickers off the page so as not to tear them. Beware not to re-stick them too much as the effect will be lost. The only flaw is that it is something of a hunt to find the corresponding shape for the sticker as they are placed everywhere throughout the book. It can be frustrating for very young ones and quite frankly it was frustrating for me as it took a while to find the corresponding shape and one risks the chance of the child losing interest. That said the toddlers I bought this for were 3 and 2 so it may that it is more suitable for older kids. All in all satisfactory product.
