There really is healthy foods at every restaurant as long as you know what to order and how to specify it to be prepared. Dining Lean lists updated calories, fat, sodium, and exchanges for all the restaurants that provide this information. Just set it on a postage scale or compare it to the actual picture sizes in the book. PS the mall cookies are 2+ oz apiece. WOW! Bagels are 80 calories an oz. Many gourmet bagels are more than 5 oz!!
