The product came in a very nice package. The item was delivered as promised. When installed, all the bulbs lit. There is not that much difference light. These bulbs give the same light as a normal 40W bulb. The most disapointing aspect is that just after christmas, 7 out of the 10 bulbs started flickering and have died.
Perhaps they are NOT dimmable as stated.

We've wanted energy bulbs for ages now and can neither find ones suitable for our lights, they either look hideous or take up more of the bulb and let out alot less light (which I'd imagine would be a waste of the electricity in itself).
These are lovely and nice an bright even before they 'warm-up, these bulbs are lovely barely look like they are energy saving ones as they match the size, bulb surface and shape of normal candle bulbs,the choice between bayonet and screw in is of great use as we have both sorts around the home.

These bulbs seem to be very poor quality. Out of the 10 I purchased 3 only lasted less than a week. Of the replacements I was sent, one was dud.
