This is a six inch by six inch 2014 calendar with a cartoon strip for each of the twelve months of the year consisting of one large picture, which usually contains the punchline of the joke and two smaller pictures, usually leading up to it.
(There are one or two exceptions: for example, in one month the first small picture for the month concerned has the pointy-eared boss asking Dilbert a question which reveals that he has failed to tell Dilbert something he really needed to know, and the main humour in the larger image is visual as Dilbert reacts.)
If you are familiar with the cartoon strips and books which Scott Adams has written ridiculing the stupidity which is endemic in many large organisations and found at least occasionally in all the rest, you will know what to expect. If you haven't let's just say that most people who work in a big company, government body, or other large organisation will recognise the actions of some of their colleagues and managers in the jokes in this calendar and either laugh or want to cry.
The cover image has Dilbert saying to his boss, "I need something called a 'decision.'"
