Product Description
These large display, digital max/min thermometers simultaneously display the actual temperature whilst displaying the maximum and minimum temperatures. The instruments measure temperature over the range of -49.9 to 69.9 °C with a 0.1 °C resolution and are ideal for recording temperatures of grow rooms, growing cabinets, greenhouses etc. The units are housed in either a white or green ABS case measuring 30 x 50 x 180 mm. The instrument incorporates a slot for hanging.

The reviews of other max-min thermometers available through Amazon were generally extremely negative but this device, being electronic and easily readable from a distance, seemed an excellent and inexpensive choice.
I was not disappointed. It arrived promptly and functioned perfectly. Reading the temperature (max, present and min) from outside the greenhouse isn't a problem. It even comes complete with a battery!
Forget the others, I thoroughly recommend this one. Pity it's not currently available...

I have a large glasshouse and use a number of thermometers to keep tight control of temperatures throughout. This is the best - the large size of the numbers for current/max/min temperature, also the handy positioning of the reset button make this thermometer very user-friendly. Recommended!

I ordered this item one afternoon, it was delivered 9.30am the following day. Now that's what I call service. As soon as you open the packet you just know that this is not your usual cheap c**p that will pack up inside 6 months, this max/min thermometer is built to last. Including postage I paid £11 and it is worth every penny. Easy to set up (in seconds) and with the large digital read-out, you can easily read it from a distance. The green plastic case seems 'bombproof'. Finally, for those of us of 'mature' years you can have the temperature in either Centigrade or Farenheit. What more do you want. It's so good it can't possibly be made in China!!!
