What I appreciate most about this book is how it presents the main "IDEA" of how to use social media marketing effectively which most books did not. David is right that most marketers are still not get how to do social media marketing as I have worked as a marketing consultant which had to deal with mkt dept of many large firms. The book is very concise. It represents main important ideas necessary to plan your strategy and tactics. It cuts all the crab that readers can learn to do themselves. (Most Thai books in this category present most crabs like process of applying... and very little in idea). I strongly recommend for business owners in all sizes and anyone who work in marketing field. Room for improvement: I think there should be more related pic or screenshot to show the tools represented in the book. They will make readers understand the idea of each tools faster and clearer.
