This is a great reference book on understanding colour. There are plenty examples to help explain how and why we manage colour, and suggested workflows for a number of key actors in graphic production process. Unfortunately in the copy I brought there are one or two sheets that are not reproduced as well as I'd expect considering that the subject is about controlling colour, but the intention of the diagrams are clear enough to understand what is communicated.

Took a little bit longer to arrive in the UK than I am used to. However feedback from seller was good and more importantly the book itself is an excellent appraisal of colour management baseline practices including PDX/X. Would like to see it bought up to date to discuss PDFX 4 and Pantone Live.
