About the Author
Kevin Tallon is a visiting teacher on the BA Fashion Design course at the influential Central Saint Martins college, where he also set up the Design Laboratory. He also works within the fashion industry. He is the author of Creative Fashion Design with Illustrator and Digital Fashion Illustration with Photoshop and Illustrator, and Fashion Tribes China. He lives in Beijing.

Digital Fashion Illustration
An absolutely amazing book. Starts by spoon feeding tools and menu functions to develop life like illustrations. Textures, draping, postures, faces and attitude create movement and atmosphere.
A familiarity with computer aided design packages is essential but this book inspires boundless creativity that can be scaled at a mouse click.

I bought this book to assist with my teaching, and to provide inspiration for developing new styles of illustration and digital photography. It starts from a fairly easy base which makes it accessible, working through more complex ideas and approaches that will be very helpful in developing my own ideas and those of my students.

Very useful reference book, with easy-to-follow tutorials. My only criticism is that it starts with a rather boring exercise, which could lead some to give up too early. The second tutorial is much more interesting and produces better results. I shall use this book as a teaching aid.
