Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
I am doing an IT/IS course but have no experience or previous learning in business and so, I found myself a bit lost when dealing with the "softer" business side of the course as opposed to the technical/programming/mathematical side. In particular I have been finding it difficult to get a proper understanding of all the terminology associated with digital business, and indeed even with non-digital business. This book has opened the door to me in that respect. I find the layout to be excellent and I find it very readable. My one disappointment is not with the book itself but with the companion website for this edition which I feel should be up and running at this stage, almost 5 months after the book's publication. I am using the companion website for the 5th edition as I await the arrival of the one for this, 6th edition.
