Digital Angel is in my opinion a excellent mix just the right balance of songs to keep your feet tapping away or what ever else you tap ?
I do like the SOS 12 inch mix song a lot and Turn My Life Around ,plus Bigger Than Big i have always like Mark Doyles work and this is one of his very best .
There are a couple of songs i am not over keen on but out of all of them two or three i think is not bad when the rest are excellent .
You never really get a cd nowadays and find that every single song is to your liking but this came very close ,so for me 9 out 10 ,Excellent work Mark keep them coming !

It seems Mark Doyle left Hed Kandi in 2005 and started up Fierce Angel Records in 2006. I haven't heard the other releases flying under the new flag, but this one is HOT HOT HOT! I also bought one or two of the more recent Hed Kandi release (after taking a break for a while) and consider this to be far superior in many ways.
It is a great combination of deep house, vocal house, and electro house, all seamlessly put together in an unmixed format (being a DJ, I really appreciate the unmixed format). One beautiful track just rolls on into the next . . . the song gap is just long enough to create excitement and anticipation for the next rockin' musical dance journey. It's a modern, fiercely current collection of songs, but has it's roots in classic house . . . it's not all beep and blaps like alot of electro dance music these days. These songs have structure and composition, and forgo repetitiveness for creativity and verve.
Granted, not all the songs are winners, but there are enough standout amazing tracks on these 3 discs to earn a 5 star rating in my book. I haven't even made it all the way through Disc 3 and I can say that already! Here are some of my favorites:

* Chick by Def Jaguar
* Turn It Around by The Marches
* Till We Meet Again by Rekelectrik
* Ride the Storm by Carl Kennedy (crazy good track)
* Seasons of Jack by Grant Nelson

* Automatic by Ultra Nate (a great remix)
* Don't Matter by Club 4 Life
* The Real Thing by Tony di Bart

I could write a lengthy review here, sure. But, that would be more time before you start clicking the "buy" button, haha!
Three CD's. THREE. Every track has a nice feel to it and of course you have those that standout in the crowd to make things more interesting. "Trampoline", "Everybody Be Somebody", "Uninvited" and "SOS" are just a few of my favorites and they are very much some of the ALL-STAR tracks of this set.
