1.0 out of 5 stars So bad it hurts, 10 May 2008
By Brendan O. Clarke "brendoclarke" (Edinburgh) - See all my reviews
(TOP 1000 REVIEWER)    (REAL NAME)
Moyles represents the the whole Lad thing, and somehow he's still living off the back of an image which was fashionable for ten minutes more than ten years ago. Sorry, but he makes radio for idiots, completely devoid of originality and, of course, intelligence, though he'd probably try to tell you that was the point. A fat talentless version of Chris Evans.
Love him or not, Chris Moyles is part of the fabric of our nation and a proven best-selling author, and that is so bad it hurts.

I find moyles irritating, objectionable and deeply unfunny. However, listening figures would suggest that a lot of people don't. Moyle is an ugly, talentless, ego-bloated monkey, who plays on the ignorance of his listeners (fans) and has no artist or comic talent whats-so-ever.

The self-styled saviour of Radio 1 earns a whopping £630,000, according to the Sun. Yes, I am a SUN newspaper reader and i find Moyles to be a loud talentless muppet. Chris Moyles is probably one of the worst presenters ever, he talks alot crap and plays very little music. Most the time he and his patsies talk about their exciting lifestyles and project how cool it would to be them.

1.0 out of 5 stars Difficult? More like written in two days..., 28 Jan 2008
If you like a book full of inanities that seems like it has been written at lightning speed by a no-brainer, then buy this book. Otherwise avoid. A shame, cos I actually like Moyles on-radio style....
