I have been lucky enough to work with several directors who follow the tools of Mike Alfreds, but if you haven't had that opportunity this book tells you everything you need to know.

The book is written in such a way that you can just skip to the sections you're most interested in without reading through the areas that wouldn't necessarily apply to you. Mike Alfreds truly understands the mind of the actor and from that position has been able to write one of the most useful books an actor/director can own.

Just buy it!!
