I've tried a few gluten free breads and most were hard to stomach. They were like cake, really heavy and dense. This is obviously not as good as normal bread - previously i loved warburtons white bread, asda supersoft brown or discontinued mighty white. So you know i like them soft and fluffy.
Gluten free breads are a shock as they are tiny slices and heavy. But as far as they go this one is relatively light. Most others i can manage 2 slices, this one i went for 4 in one sitting and look forward to it.
Like all gluten free bread they need toasting. The brown one i got from asda, even after toasting was awful.
Give this a try. If this is not acceptable then you probably need to exhaustively try them all or bake your own!
