Intrigued by the title (and having read many books about 5:2) I thought I'll give this book a go. What a waste of time! Luckily the book was short, so it didn't take too long, but I'm still a bit upset about loosing an hour of my life. The book contains nothing about these mysterious "mistakes" announced in the title, just lot of reasons why you should embark on 5:2 journey. Aside of poor grammar and spelling mistakes, the author uses f-word and calls 5:2 diet "weird". Those who have read about 5:2 diet learn nothing new from this book, so the objective with this book is unclear (as no mistakes have been revealed).
The author should definitely consider a different carrier path, as it's obvious that he completely lacks the book writing skills.
From the titles of each chapter you would assume you were going to actually learn something. You don't. The book also contains quite a few spelling mistakes which I would not expect to find in a published book.
