As a student Nurse, this has become my bible, I don't leave for class without it. All words are fully explained and there are numerous diagrams to help explain more complex ideas. I would definitely recommend this over any other publisher's version.
arrived with in 4 days and not a fault with the book, have a feeling this will become my bible on the ward.
