My son had a serious bike accident recently and I just wish he had been wearing one of these. Hence the reason we have since bought him one.
The reason we choose this is that many cycling helmets are designed on the assumption the you will fall forwards. This helmet provides excellent protection to the lower back of the head and top of the spine - just in case you fall backwards or end up in a roll when mountain biking. It is well made and has a non-girly-sissy look, perfect for lads that think helmets are un-cool.

Size Name:50 - 54 cm
We bought this helmet for our 7 year olds birthday and he was delighted with it. It looks a lot better on than traditional cycle helmets, fits perfecty (despite his large head!) and covers more of the back of the head than his last helmet. Excellent all round!

i have recently purchased a bike after quite a few years,in fact safty helmets were not a consideration back then however they are a good idea but i hate those stranged shaped cycle helmets so ive gone for this plain black bmx style helmet i think it looks ok and its comfortable to wear and well vetillated too,so any one out there who dose not have a helmet cos you think they look daft try this and like i say it looks ok and might save you from a nasty injury so stay safe folks you could do worse than one of these.

Nice solid helmet
This arrived quickly. Its nice and light, could do with some more holes in the top for ventilation. The good thing about the design is that it covers the back of the head.
