I was curious about diamonds so i I bought this book along with another guide. The other book was not so good but this turned out to be just what i was looking for. It gives in depth understanding about the four C's. The main thing i liked was the pictures , actual photos with detail descriptions not just vague drawings. This realy helps you to understand what the author is talking about. Excellent book i would highly recomend this book for any one with an interest in diamonds.

I bought this book here on amazon along with a couple others to become an intelligent buyer and learn more about diamonds. I have been very pleased with the purchase.
Whilst the other books rely on diagrams and theory - this book provides pictures of real diamonds with plenty of practical tips and hints.
It covers the 4C´s and transparency - an aspect that greatly influences the price of a diamond. The pictures really do make a difference to your understanding.
