I bought this item to protect my Lumix camera during a rafting trip. It was very effective in keeping out the water and well made. Unfortunately I found that the zoom on the camera did not extend far enough to fill the space provided for it in the case. The result meant that I had to be very careful to centre the zoom lens in the case aperture otherwise the photograph showed a black partial circle around it where it had photographed the black surround of the case. All very fiddly and it delayed taking a shot, so not so good, especially when you want to take quick shots when an sudden opportunity arises.

Increadible Case

This is one of the best, if not greatest, underwater cases you can buy. All of the pictures look like they were taken out of water. 100% leak proof, and the water doesn't bead up too much over the lens. Taking videos is flawless, except that people "talking" underwater sounds very distorted. Probably due to the fact sound travels faster in water. But everything else sounds great, even out of water. If you're looking for a waterproof camera case, this is the one to buy.

This water proof case worked ok. I spent the afternoon snorkling and my camera, fuji d60, stayed dry hanging around my neck. Some of the photos had a black ring around one side. The case was just a little loose and that allowed it to go off center. When I made the conscience effort to center the camera inside the lens part, the pictures were very nice. I stuffed tissue inside the container to try to keep it centered better and that helped a little. Figure it out before you get to the beach....

Waterproof but not good under pressure

This camera case was great at keeping my Canon very dry, although I did have to put some tissue around the edges to keep it in place and attempt to avoid the lens being covered by the black case. Although it worked great at 35 ft and under, it's not suitable for deep dives and will compress to the point where it renders your camera unusable. Otherwise, great camera case and highly recommended for the price. If you want to use it in and out of the water, be certain to have a dry, lint free cloth handy to remove the water spots that collect on the lens cover.
