This powerful Dewalt DCD925L2 is an 18 Volt XRP combination drill for heavy duty drilling and screw driving applications. The Dewalt built frameless motor reduces the tool size and increases efficiency. It has an excellent runtime with its ultra smooth 3 speed selector which gives optimum performance in high torque, normal use and high speed applications.
The Dewalt DCD952L2 is equipped with a 22 position adjustable torque control that allows the user good uniform results and optimised precision when screw driving so as to not damaging delicate work pieces. This Dewalt Combi drill has a 13 mm self-tightening keyless chuck with automatic spindle lock for ultimate bit control. It also has an extra sensitive trigger and electronic brake for added control when setting and removing fasteners and an improved ergonomic design with rubber grip that increases comfort for prolonged usage.
This Dewalt DCD925L2 has the most up to date all metal gearing for efficient power transmission and longer tool life, plus the exclusive Nano Phosphate Li-Ion battery pack provides 2000 charge cycles making it more powerful than double that of NiCd/NiMH battery packs.

This Dewalt drill with the two nano batteries has worked extremely well. Initially it was used it as a screwdriver to dissemble kitchen cupboards. But it is the power of the drill in drilling into concrete walls that is really impressive and the fact that when you run the drill you can feel the power of the motor. The length of the battery life on a charge is terrific and during all the work I only replaced the battery with the second one once. This drill was bought to replace a 12 volt Drill with Ni-Cad batteries and there is just no comparison, my original drill is a toy.

drill is just four weeks old and had stopped working kept cutting out thought battery was flat but adventuly stoped altogether previsly had a bosch 24v drill whitch was much cheaper and better

HAVING BOUGHT MANY DEWALT DRILLS IN THE PAST ,I FIND THE NEW NANO POWERED DRILL LAST LONGER ON BATTERY LIFE, ALSO THE THREE SPEED GEARING A GREAT HELP.
