From a research angle, this book has definitely made a contribution to the research agenda. Gold standard for beginners

I stumbled across this book when I was preparing for my RICS interview. I was struggling to understand the development process from a broader perspective and this book was a great help. Chapters on property research, appraisals and how different stake holders act in a property market could not have been written more concisely and succinctly. It has less academic jargon and more practical view points which will help a professional better his understanding of the property market. This book will be a great help for a beginner or student of the property development market. Highy recommended.
