This is not a review of the content, rather about the usability of this Kindle version of the book. To sum it up, it is unusable on the Kindle.
1. No shortcut to get to the contents page 2. When i manage to find the content pages, there are no direct links from there to the sections. 3. The content pages themselves seem to be badly formatted, with missing headings, eg. you get section numbers, but no headings. 4. There are no page numbers that you can go to, only go to location is available.
All in all, it was so frustrating to use the book that I have returned it to Amazon for a refund. Normally, I would have persevered but the unusability was just too far.
A pity. The actual content seems fine ... but you just can't use the Kindle version.
