Brilliant. Food for thought regarding everyone I know and how they react/manipulate other people. I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in understanding how others tick. I have recommended this book to several colleagues and friends who have all said the same thing. Well worth the money.

Maxwell does a great job of breaking down the essentials of Leadership without turning it into rocket science. While a bit wordy, it is still an easy read and easy application. My organization is now using this as the basis for leadership development with front-line supervisors.
