Good thing to do produce your own worksheet(rate sheet) of tasks you should master or refresh. This was poorly executed in the book (I still give this a five). The publishers should consider producing a workbook.
This book will give you an initial framework of Leadership from Team Leader to CEO level with the basics not in detail and read Adair's other books for each level.
