Product Description

Synopsis

This workbook has been designed to be used alongside the units of the main course book "Deutsch Direkt". It is the result of research into the way that the major BBC language courses are used in Adult Education Institutes, where it was discovered that teachers were particularly keen to have more grammar practise to back up what are essentially communicative courses. The book contains extra exercises to practise grammar points brought up in the main course book units. Each workbook unit contains a summary of 6-8 grammar points and an exercise to practise each point, as well as the relevant answers. A multiple choice test is also included for students to check their progress.

Truth is there are far better German books out there. If you want to study holiday German (which I assume you don't) this is the book for you. If you want to study serious German you're better off getting something else. Still this is cheap and cheerful and you will learn something, probably not that great for beginners though. Better off with a Hugo or something...
