I checked this book out of the library and found it so interesting, I had to buy it ~ the exact version. Saved me from photocopying a lot of pages. There is a host of useful information about how to detox your body and live healthier. It talks about toxins and how the body naturally wants to expel them. Top detox foods, supplements and exercises that detoxify the body. It addresses a decaf plan, stress busting, stop-smoking plan, aromatherapy, weight-loss, energizing, and sugar-busting plans. It suggests what to eat and actions to take ~ in order to detox your life. I love it. I would recommend it to anyone who is health conscious and wants a detox reference guide at home.

This is a great little book. Lots of good advice and clear explanations; very do-able plans for various situations. It's not extreme so it makes a lot of sense and has small changes that can make big differences.
