It has 14 different plans that range from one day to a month. Each plan has a section that explains how to include parts of the plan in your daily life. There is something for everyone here - most people will like the pre and post party plans and the lighten up plan for after Christmas.
The plans also include lots of food as well as some tasty recipes so you won't feel starving hungry . There are sections on essential oils, exercise and yoga to aid your plan. There are also some interesting thoughts on the more traditional juice or vegetables only detox diets - and some information on saunas and smokers that could shock you into giving up. Then you could try the giving up smoking plan!
An interesting read with advice that normal people can act on! Definitely worth a look.
