A must for sales people and others who drive or travel a lot,

In my sales job, I frequently drive two hour stints. I've noticed a stiffness in my neck, shoulders and lower back. After reading and implementing many of Ms. Lusk's ideas, I find that I am more relaxed and no longer stiff. I arrive at my work destination with a smile and when I get home, I'm ready to play with my kids and encourage them to relax as they go through their homework. Unfortunately, children in the US classroom also do not get to move around very much. Yoga can help them to relax and focus on task, making a much happier evening for all.

The cover blurb on this book says it all: "For office slaves, Internet addicts and stressed-out students." (ha! I am all three) If you are like me and have looked at many a Yoga book but put them aside due to the difficult positions/instructions or the time involved, but still want to feel better, relax and also rejuivinate, AS well as relieve the symptoms of the computer age, then this is the book for you. A definate must-buy!

Bringing Yoga to the office is the object of this neat, compact workbook, Desktop Yoga. If you've got five minutes in your day to devote to Lusk's simple and effective exercises, your work day will seem like less of a burden. Great for relieving stress! A must-have!
