http://www.scribus.net/ - this is the site of the original developers. The software is legally free. Even the linked screenshots have been taken from the original site:

Support these projects and get them from the original source instead of parasitic copies such as these.

Desktop Publishing Studio is the Butterfly Media's name for SCRIBUS. Scribus is free software, search it on the Internet and you will can download it with no cost.
