Sadly, my opinion that all budget-priced desk fans are alike has been proved wrong. This top-heavy noisy nasty unbalanced fan has two speed settings: very fast and frantically fast: It blows. In every sense. In fairness, if its airflow you're after, you will not be disappointed. But the shaking and rattling motor unit soon bows its head in shame on the angle adjustment even if you nip the adjusting screw very tight. If you want a night's sleep within fifteen feet of it, switch it off and swelter. Branded StreetWise... very ironic! I feel I have wasted my money and at this price it's not worth the effort of returning it or making a fuss with the supplier. Why two stars I hear you ask? Well, because it serves me right for trying to penny-pinch. Be cool... buy something else!
