Desigual these days seems to stand for 'eye-catching fashion that stands out, if you can disregard the price and quality of the product'. I've had to return many items, as the image shown on amazon doesn't match up to the real thing, and the shoddy materials and finishing make them un-L'Oreal - not worth it.
I wore this skirt once, and whilst it is a perfect fit in size L on my 12-14 lower half, and it didn't make me look like mutton dressed up as lamb (at age 44 and with this being of just-over-the-knee length), the zip tag broke off as I took it off at the end of the day. Yes, the skirt was possibly of the best and strongest fabric I've ever seen from this company, and it would have washed and worn well, but the tag itself was large and ornate and a bit of a feature of the skirt, so it had to go back - and I'm not bothering with a replacement.
