Misleading title 9 April 2010
Format:Hardcover
This is a good enough overview but I was disappointed given the price. It goes into some detail about silk screen printing, but other printing techniques such as block printing are only given a brief couple of paragraphs. It also spends a lot of time on techniques such as dyeing (which gets a whole chapter)- these are interesting but aren't printing, so the title of the book is misleading.
This book seems too general for a professional or student in fabric design, but not practical enough for someone who wants to try out techniques at home. If you are interested in particular printing techniques I would recommend getting a more specialised book.
There are also a lot of annoying punctuation and text errors, which make it seem cheap and thrown together.

By Chris
Format:Hardcover
There are lots of writings and not a lot of pictures to show what is happening.
It should have shown and explained things better.
This book is too expensive for what its or for a student to buy and even who has money to spend,
there are other books that shows better what its supposed to be shown here/book/title.
