It's semi-useful. There are parts of it I find useful for looking at how we design everyday things for our use but it didn't really tell me anything I didn't already know, which I guess is no fault of the author.

To be read by all who use or design technology. It identifies the key to good design - to face the situation as the user and as a user interface with technology as though you were writing a plan of action to get you to your goal.
