4.0 out of 5 stars Good value for your money 12 April 2012

Got this a couple months back for steaming my dress clothes in the mornings before I go to work. Works well and starts to get a decent steam flow within 1-2 min after being turned on.

Works as well as more expensive units I have had in the past.

Only slight issues are that the hangar can be a bit flimsy if you have a heavy sport coat(I'm a XXL so probably less of a problem for most) and the pant clip does not work very well, but I usually just steam them on a flat surface anyways so its a non issue for the most part.

Not a knock on the product just a general fyi for someone who has not owned one, use distilled water if possible or make sure to clean it regularly as standard tap water can get pungent when it sits in the hose and can steam this bad smell into your clothes. Also, you can get scented water or just add some citrus peels to the water tank and get a nice light scent on your clothes as well.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very good job 30 Jan 2013

It is very useful steamer for every day and for saving time and money as well.My children( up 12 years) do their cloths by them-selves which save my time. the only thing that I have to do is to clean the tank of water after three or four time that I use it.
the Designer Habitat is very very helpful company. I received the steamer on time, and after 10 month or more they contact to me to see how the steamer works with me; I told them about the weak of hose because I used it a lot and they replaced it whiten two days for FREE!! which is fantastic service.
