Within half an hour of unpacking this steam cleaner it was hard at work tackling everything i threw at it.
First i cleaned all my windows and glass it brought them up sparkling and streak free in half the time and no pricey chemical products needed what more can i say!
Next it was into my lounge where i tried the round brush nozzle (for carpets) and i set about cleaning my hearth rug - it exceeded all my expectations not only removing all of the stains but refreshing the pile and bringing my rug up as good as the day that i first bought it.
Full of enthusiasm i then tackled the two cream material settees which do get grubby particularly on the arms but this steamer didn't disappoint and brought them up nice and clean - just a quick dab with a clean cloth was all that was needed to complete the job.
I then decided to clean the bathroom (having first plugged it into the extension lead for safety purposes)the tiles came up sparkling and streak free and it also removed all the black mould that had developed on the grouting and sealant. I used it in and around the toilet(no nasty bleach and chemicals needed) a quick dab with my dry clean cloth and it was as clean as if "Mary Poppins" had clicked her fingers.
I then saved the chore i hate the worse(along with every woman)cleaning the oven! My oven has a glass insert in the door which had greasy splashes on but this steamer tackled the grease and grime without difficulty and brought both the door and inside the oven including the chrome shelves up like new - absolutely fantastic. I'll never hate cleaning my oven again - worth it's weight in gold for achieving this alone!
I also used it to steam the creases out of my clothes - brilliant!
I know that the capacity of the water compartment isn't big but my tip is to fill a large jug with water and have it with you where ever you are cleaning and then you won't have to waste time making frequent trips to the tap to refill it.
Summing up - it's light really easy to operate and having looked at other steam cleaners and prices on the web this is by far the best price - a superb price for a brilliant piece of kit and one that you won't regret buying. I only wish that i had bought one years ago.

i bought this mainly for tiles in kitchen and bathroom and thought it might do for the little crevices in and around taps - it powerfully removed unseen gunge from my bathroom taps - i was delighted and it dealt with the orangey build up on the grouting and much of the small spots of mould, but not all of it - i also removed a little of the black build up around the bathroom window and feel sure that this will remove that build up also - it seems to lose pressure when you continually depress the button, but you let go and depress again and the power returns. PLEASE DO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REFILL TANK WHEN IN USE as i decided that i didn't need to and could have caused a very serious injury/damage to myself and the bathroom as the pressure build up within the unit blew the stopper off, therefore allow the steam to release slowly. i am having a refurb of my kitchen and was going to replace all the tiles, but i'm not now as i have this useful gadget and feel that it will the hard to remove grease from under the cooker hood

After reading another review for this item I was quite hopeful it would be a good little performer, but unfortunately I was very wrong. I tried this on kitchen tiles and unfortunately all it did was soak them, when the steam was eventually produced it lasted about two minutes and I had to constantly refill the machine, it has now been put at the back of my garage with other products which promised great things and sadly failed to achieve them.

Came with no instructions
How you are supposed to use all attachments with no instructions I don't know

Product easy to use and operate. Works well on bathroom tiles and grout but it cannot do miricles. comes with good range of tools

Risky
Leaks hot water as it's unstable when the water is boiling, it's very fidgety so I would advise not to use near children and is hard to manoeuvre as the cord isn't 'that' long.
