I have 3 problems:

1. The product received was not that shown in the photo. Like others the ones I received were square fronted and do not have the hole for the extra pin in most French sockets. Its not a big deal though as I do have some sockets that these will fit

2. The cost of delivery. I didn't read reviews before buying - I really wish I had!....and because I bought with a number of other items I didn't realise what the cost of the delivery would be

3 I ordered 3 lots of 2 adaptors and only received 3 single ones. The jury is currently out on this problem as I am waiting for a response on my idea that they actually refund half of the price rather than sending me 3 more new ones especially as I suspect that they'll try and charge me another postage!

This is the first time I have had a problem with a purchase throuh Amazon and I am dissapointed.

Is difficult to write a rewiew for such a simple item, but when you're abroad with your english electric appliances and your old adaptor has been chewed by your dog you can appreciate whoever can send you a new one in a couple of days and at a reasonable price.
I'm completely happy with this purchase.
