I found this book very useful, as it covers RF Integrated Circuit design, which so many books don't. It give a good introduction and basis for a lot of common applications, techniques and circuits. The section on mixers is a little sparse although it does briefly cover passive mixers as well as active. Sometimes the book leaves me wanting wondering why Lee didn't put in more detail. Generally though, a very good book.

Great academic textbook. Also quite useful for industry. Concise and detailed on main circuit topologies and architectures. This is also a great book for understanding RF design as a whole.

It says the book is for sale in South Asia only. The paper is thin and text on one side is appeared on the other side. The paper looks like recycled ones, which looks yellow and gray. No handwriting inside, look like an un-used new one, BUT not a brilliant one.
