What a great product! I was skeptical about this product after reading conflicting reviews on the various sites. But I still ordered it as I have really problem skin with lots of dark,dry patches and dark blemishes. I have dark circles around my eyes and sagging eyelids, which they say comes with age (mine being 45yrs). It arrived yesterday and I could not wait to try it. So I followed the instructions and applied the dermawand. It has a tingling feeling at first, but you get used to it. I persevered with it for the required time of about 10 minutes. When I woke up this morning I was amazed to see the difference in my facial skin. Some of the blemishes have diminished and the dark dry patches of skin have gone. I can clearly see the difference. Even my daughter noticed the difference and is begging me to loan it to her. No way!! I am going to continue using the Dermawand until my skin is 100% clean. If it has done so much good with just one application, then it won't take long for me to start having that youthful look again. Thanks Dermawand!

I watched the DVD, followed the instructions to the letter, performed every last treatment on the list for two months and guess what? Absolutely no change at all. A waste of your hard earned cash

It doesn't really work and it leaves indentations on the skin, maybe I am doing it wrong so if anybody has any ideas let me know. Overall I am not impressed. I can't be any longer in my explanation and any shorter any it would be rude.
