This books brings together two distinct popular areas of interest; Raw Food and Depression. One of the authors, Gabriel Cousens is a raw food guru and medical doctor. Although readable, this book is really a text book. Those who are depressed would probably need someone else to read it and put the information together so they could follow it. It appears to be aimed more at therapists and practitioners who want to address depression whilst incorporating raw food.Not a quick read however full of very useful, interesting information.
