ive been a dr hook fan for many years but this has got to be one of the best to come from mr L the musicians are superb and being a player for 40 yrs i know a little about musicianship highly entertaining plus of course the fab voice of dennis where does he get the energy from i was knocked out if you dont buy another dvd this year buy this one you wont be dissapointed

Not a hat nor patch in sight ~ this fellah wore nor needed either ~ Dennis Locorriere , former lead singer with international recording and touring band Dr Hook , BOUNDS onto the stage of The Orchard Theatre , Dartford to rapturous applause .
Filmed towards the end of the recent (Spring 2007) "Hits & History Tour" this DVD runs to a tad over 2-hours and includes almost 2-dozen of Dr Hook's silver , gold and platinum selling hit singles as well as some of their much loved crowd pleasing live show favourites .
Accompanied by five exceptional musicians (and very nice people) DL is proud to call his friends , this DVD should please old 'Hookers and new comers alike .
As if that's not enough there's a 30 minute pre-show interview with Dennis , which finds him in usual animated and verbose mood in his dressing room (we wouldn't want it any other way !) and 3 "Rusty Hooks" - songs that have almost never been performed since the day they were recorded - performed live , in one take by one man with one voice and one guitar , on the Classic Studio T Stage .
A big THANK YOU to "Classis Media Group" for supporting the works of one of the worlds finest overlooked talents - Mr Dennis Locorriere !
He should have his picture on the cover of something ... I'd buy 5 copies !

This has to be the most disappointing music dvd I've ever bought. "The Hits and History Band" is the only saving grace. From the time Locrriere takes to the stage doing that mad dance, it was down hill. The sound balance is horrible from start to finish.
