After having bought 2 very similar workout dvds I decided to have a change, & after reading that this routine is suitable for first-timers, or unfit people, I gave it a try.
I have mixed feelings about the workout as in some ways it was good for my needs, whilst also having some unachievable yoga-type moves that I had to forego!
Denise's down-to-earth attitude to the workout was encouraging & I will certainly attempt to do better next time, probably after having alternated this routine with my other 2. Although I didn't think at the time that the moves had helped me at all, I awoke the next day to find aches in places I didn't know I had anymore!
For anyone who's into yoga, & exercising without prancing about like chimpanzees, this is an ideal dvd to buy. However, if your thing is NOT to be so cool calm & collected, then give it a wide berth.
